We just bought the Coleman Hampton Family Cabin today and set it up at home to check it out. My husband is 6'3" so he really prefers a tall tent and we have children so we have always had large "cabin style" tents. We thought we had found a great one, unfortunately, we decided we will return it tomorrow. I will try to explain the reasons why below to best help the next person interested in buying a large and tall family tent. Since we will not be camping in it, my review is based solely on interior/exterior features, design, ease of set up, etc.First I will tell you what type of tent are replacing because this is what I am comparing my new tent to (for better or worse). We had a Columbia Cougar Flats family cabin style tent for 5 years that finally met it's demise. While I LOVED every feature of this tent (gear loft, cup holders, corner shelving, attached zippered room dividers) and exterior durability was great(seams/waterproofness/etc.), the zippers finally failed.
